They took the lead, acted as the middle man, dealt with the council on my behalf, helped me to understand what the council wanted, why, and how we were to complete what was being asked for. With the design, they took on board what we wanted, allowed us to change our minds, happily redesigned plans and done this until we were happy with everything. 2 projects (raised steel deck and oak garage) completed with structural calculations done and passed by building control. This was done retrospectively as part of a regularisation certificate for building works already completed. Great result that we now have our certificates received. Simple and straightforward packages which are affordable with no hidden costs. Good communication and quick to respond to changes. Very happy with the customer service, the survey was completed quickly and drawings produced. The incorporation of the structural engineers design and calculations included in this package instead of having to source in addition to the architect was really helpful and made plans and alterations a lot smoother.

Very happy with the service provided by Ranga and his team. They helped maximise our space reducing the need for a column in the middle of the room. They were speedy and efficient with the visit and production of the plans and the 3D rendering service was a plus. When the plans were reviewed by the steel manufacturer, he said it was the best and most details set of plans he'd seen in 30 years. Great job all round!
